-Byron Hatcher
It all started in Ellabell, Georgia. In a peaceful country home, with a simple life and an acoustic guitar. A young boy at the age of 13 had a dream... But that was only the beginning...
It didn't take long for him to realize that music was more than a hobby. Countless hours of playing and sleepless nights full of writing lyrics led to the beginning of a musical journey! In the summer of 2010, Byron recorded his first album, "Byron Hatcher Band" (self-titled), with Elevated Basement Studio in Savannah, GA.
In 2007, he met reality show star Ruby Gettinger from the Style Network hit series "Ruby," and was introduced to her nephew Ben Thompson. They put a band together and performed a concert in celebration of Ruby's weight loss for Style Network in 2008.
Byron's father committed suicide in July of 2011. Living with the loss of his father, he finished the self-titled album. He has performed in a number of places around the southeast, including Charleston, Atlanta, and Dallas, and was nominated for "Best Rock Male" in the 2013 Georgia Music Awards. He also opened for Country Music star Chase Rice at the Johnny Mercer Theater in October of 2012.
Byron's songs "Perfection" and "In Your Eyes" have earned radio airplay with WRHQ 105.3 in Savannah and Y102 in Birmingham, Ala.
In 2013, Byron released an Acoustic EP titled "Midnight Howls," available on most music platforms. In 2019, he collaborated with Colin Motlagh and Matt Collett to produce a two singles, "Wish It Wasn't Over" & "Love You Better."
(2022) Byron currently lives in Nashville and is recording a new album that will be titled "Nashville Sessions." It will feature Billy Ray Cyrus's talented lead guitarist Chris Condon & Grammy-nominated violinist Mike Cleveland, among many other talented artists.
Byron is also proudly a member of the Online House Band for UK-based Trackd, a social platform for session musicians and songwriters.
